Euploia records platform activity and digital delivery events. It is not an escrow service, payment custodian, or dispute resolver. It does not hold funds, determine contract compliance, establish payment entitlement, adjudicate ownership disputes, or determine legal rights between parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EUPLOIA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
